A Quick Update from Patrick

To all of our Kingston retailers,

I wanted to give everyone a quick update.

After several months of working through a substantial backlog, I'm finally down to just a small number of outstanding orders. If you're still waiting on one, please know it has not been forgotten. I'll be working through the remaining orders this coming week until every outstanding order has been completed.

I know many of you have been incredibly patient, and I sincerely appreciate that. I also recognize that some of you have chosen to move on, and I completely understand. If the challenges of the past several months have made this your last Kingston order, I truly appreciate the opportunity you gave me to earn your business over the years, and I wish you nothing but success.

As many of you know, my wife Melinda's health became my primary focus. During everything our family has faced, she came first, and I wouldn't change that decision for anything.

For those of you who have continued to stand by Kingston, thank you. Your patience and understanding have meant more than I can put into words.

While you've been waiting, Kingston has been undergoing a complete transformation. If you haven't visited KingstonSnacks.com recently, you'll notice the business has changed significantly. I've simplified the product line, reduced the number of retail accounts I service, and completely restructured the way Kingston operates.

The goal is simple: produce fewer products, produce them exceptionally well, keep inventory more consistent, and provide the level of service you deserve.

Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, Kingston is returning to what it has always been at its heart—a small-batch snack company where every batch is still made by one set of hands.

I truly believe these changes will allow me to provide better communication, faster turnaround times, and a more reliable experience moving forward.

Thank you again for your patience, your loyalty, and for supporting this little business through one of the most difficult times of my life.
